International Women’s Day

This year, the boys at West House School marked International Women’s Day with a range of creative and thoughtful activities. Through art, research, and presentations, they explored the achievements of inspiring women throughout history and reflected on the importance of gender equality.

During assembly, the boys shared their work, highlighting influential women from different fields, including science, sport, literature, and politics. They also considered how they can contribute to a more inclusive future. Their artwork, showcased here, represents their understanding and appreciation of the incredible contributions women have made to society.

At West House, we encourage our pupils to be thoughtful, informed, and respectful global citizens. International Women’s Day was a fantastic opportunity for them to learn, reflect and celebrate the role of women in shaping our world.
