Tax Free Childcare

 A reminder that if you are eligible, you can also use the Tax-Free Childcare to offset some of your nursery fees or wrap around care for School age pupils.  Tax-Free Childcare – GOV.UK

Fee Payment Terms

All fee accounts are due before the first day of term. However, a grace period of seven days is allowed to accommodate any unavoidable delays in remitting fees.  After this period, a 2% surcharge per month (or part of a month) will be applied to outstanding balances, without exception, until fully paid.

Payment Methods

Fees may be paid via online banking, debit or credit card, or through the School Fee Plan (details below). The school does not accept payment in cash.

Non-Payment Policy

Under no circumstances will a pupil be allowed to return at the beginning of a term if fees from a previous term remain outstanding.

Withdrawal Notice

If you wish to withdraw a pupil for any reason, one full term’s notice in writing must be given to the Headmaster. If this notice is not provided, fees for the previous term will remain due.

Sibling Discounts

Sibling discounts are offered as follows:

• 5% discount for the second child attending any department of the school.
• 10% discount for the third and subsequent children attending at the same time.

Additionally, a 5 % sibling discount is available for families with sisters attending Edgbaston High School. 

Application and Acceptance Fees

A non-refundable Registration fee is required to complete the registration process.

Nursery Child  – £80

Reception to Year 6  – £96 (inc.VAT)

Once a place has been accepted, the following deposits are required to secure the place:

• Nursery, Kindergarten pr Pre-School – £300
• Reception to Year 6 – £500
• Pre-School to Reception Transition: An additional top-up of £200 will be required for children transferring from Pre-School to the Reception class.

Paying Fees Monthly
