Old Boy Impresses Year 6 Musicians

Fifteen enthusiastic Year 6 musicians went to last week’s lunchtime concert at King Edward’s School’s Ruddock Hall.  They enjoyed violin, voice and piano performances, including a tour de force arrangement by 19th century piano superstar composer and pianist, Franz Liszt, of Schubert’s song The Erlking.  We were blown away by WHS old boy Ming’s piano skills in this piece.  It was good to go up on the stage after the concert to chat to the soloists and pose for a picture.
