Spring Celebration Service

Always a favourite with the parents, the Spring Celebration Service at St George’s Church, Edgbaston did not disappoint.  The older boys took a short, damp stroll from school to the church whilst the little ones waved as they drove past, all cosy and dry in the mini buses!

Mr Lawrence and Ms Green had put together a lovely programme of celebratory Spring songs and readings. Reception and Pre-Prep performed Spring Chicken with great energy and were not put off by the grandeur of the church.

Another highlight was Year 5 and 6 uplifting rendition of Three Spirituals. A complex piece that combined three well known spiritual songs.

Of course the main attraction is the distribution of the daffodils to the parents. Luckily there were plenty to go round and some mummies even got kisses too!
