Summer Concert Spectacular
The end of term always passes in a blur of excitement and it is easy to lose track of all the fantastic events that take place. We should not forget however, the amazing end of year concerts that recently took place in Duce Hall. Credit to all the staff and the boys that were involved and to all the parents that came along to support their sons.
Years 1 and 2 Summer Concert
Years 1 and 2 enjoyed performing and singing in another homegrown production in their summer concert, ‘Ebeneezer Sneezer and the Sea Fever’ with a slightly barmy script by Mr Lawrence. The school seaside day trip theme was complemented by a set of enjoyable and enthusiastically sung songs, showing how the boys have improved their singing this year. Thank you to all the boys and to all the staff who made it happen.
Prep Dept Summer Concert
Two evenings of fantastic concerts involving every boy in Years 3 to 6 saw delighted audiences in Duce Hall enjoy singing, recorder playing, instrumental bands and West House Orchestra demonstrating that all the practice over the past six weeks had been well worthwhile. Year 6 showed off their colourful and skilfully decorated tee shirts and Years 3 to 5 performed poetry. A fantastic musical end to a busy term’s music! Well done to the boys and the staff who made it all happen.
