The Recruitment, Selection and Disclosure Policy outlines the steps taken to promote Safer Recruitment when hiring new staff, volunteers and contractors, including advertisement, shortlisting, interviews and safer recruitment checks to be carried out. It also includes the school’s policy on DBS disclosures and on recruiting ex-offenders. The school’s checks are recorded on the Single Central Register and data is held in accordance with GDPR.
