Complaints Policy and Procedure

At West House School, we take all complaints extremely seriously and are committed to ensuring that any concerns raised by parents are dealt with fairly, promptly, and with the utmost care. The Complaints Policy provides a clear three-stage process: informal resolution, formal resolution, and, if necessary, a panel hearing, so that parents can be assured their voices are heard and matters are addressed thoroughly and transparently. All complaints are handled in strict confidence, with detailed records kept in line with legal and regulatory obligations, and the policy is reviewed annually by the Headmaster and Governors to ensure that the highest standards of accountability and trust are maintained.
