It was a terrific afternoon for our Year 6 footballers at Richmond Hill Road this week, with both the A and B Teams enjoying convincing victories over Hallfield.
The A Team came away with a 2–0 win, while the B Team were even more determined to make their mark, running out 9–0 winners. It was certainly a good afternoon to be wearing West House colours. The teams showed plenty of energy, teamwork and determination throughout their matches, with the boys working hard for one another and making the most of their opportunities in front of goal.
The pitches at Richmond Hill Road were looking fantastic and provided a great setting for the afternoon. There was also a brilliant atmosphere around the touchline, with lots of parents coming along to cheer the boys on and offer plenty of encouragement.
A fantastic team effort all round, and a very impressive set of results. Well done, Year 6!
