Maths is an incredibly popular part of the day for many of the boys here at West House and when you combine their love of the subject with a fun, competitive competition then for some it can be a dream combination! With over 20 teams invited, there was huge excitement, collaboration and tension at the annual Wrekin Maths Challenge. West House entered two teams who each battled their way throughout the three rounds on the day, testing the boys on their countdown ability, logic and reasoning and a high-energy final maths relay to finish!
Overall, West House finished in first place which is a fantastic achievement and the school is extremely proud of all the boys involved: Caleb, Ethan, Ibrahim, Musa, Saiyan, Saran, Toby and Yifan. Thank you to Wrekin College for hosting us and we cannot wait for the maths challenge to return next year! West House loves Maths!
