Year 1 Visit to Botanical Gardens

Year 1 had a fantastic trip to the Botanical Gardens this week. They collected leaves and had a go at creating their very own land art inspired by the artist, Andy Goldsworthy. They then chose their favourite treasures to attach to a sticky postcard.

Later on, they made their very own tree crowns and became Kings of the woods! They also took turns blindfolding their friends and helping them find their way to a tree.

Great fun was had by all.
