There are three terms in the Academic year.

Additional Fee Information

Fees include lunches, a healthy morning snack, all workbooks, non-residential outings and extra curricular clubs and activities.

Additional charge will be added for swimming in Years 1 to 6.

Additional charge will be added for the 11+ resources in Year 5.

Fees for under-threes are inclusive of nappies.

Holiday Club rates for Years 1-6 are available on request.

Occasional Holiday Club rates for Early Years Foundation Stage are available on request.

If a child is collected later than agreed, an additional charge will be applied, to ensure that staff to pupil ratios are maintained.

Peripatetic Music Teacher’s enter contracts directly with parents and not via the school.

Sibling discounts are provided at the rate of 5% for the second child and 10% for the third and subsequent children who attend any department of the School at the same time.

West House School claims Nursery Education Grant funding on behalf of parents of all eligible children pro rata for child attending between one and ten sessions per week. Nursery vouchers can be used to pay nursery fees, after-school care and holiday club for children under the age of 16 years. Nursery Education Grant is reduced pro rata for a child attending fewer than five sessions per week. Nursery vouchers can be used to pay nursery fees, after school care and holiday club for children under the age of 16 years. A £20.00 fee is charged per term to cover administration costs.

Fees may be paid by cheque, online banking, debit or credit card or via School Fee Plan. The school does not accept payment in cash. Should you wish to deposit cash directly into the school’s bank account, details can be found on the fee bill. Fees may be paid monthly through Schools Fee Plan scheme. Further details for any of these methods of payment can be obtained upon request from the Bursar.

All Fee accounts are payable before the first day of term. However, a period of seven days’ grace is allowed to cover possible unavoidable delays in remitting fees. Thereafter, a surcharge on outstanding accounts will be charged, without exception, at the rate of 2% per month or part of a month until fully paid.

Under no circumstances will a pupil be allowed to return at the beginning of a term when fees from a previous term be outstanding.

Parents wishing to withdraw a pupil for any reason must give one full term’s notice in writing to the Headmaster; otherwise a previous term remain outstanding.
