Treasure Island 2024
Another theatrical triumph from Ms Green and the Year 6 boys. The last time that West House tackled Treasure Island was back in 2015. Now almost a decade later it was time to return to the Island with a brand new adaption by one of our very own mum’s, the extremely talented Ms. Paven Virk.
Ms. Virk and Ms Green worked side by side to write and direct this fantastic interpretation of the classic text.
The boys worked tirelessly to learn their lines, improve their projection, hone their acting skills and work together as a team to produce a memorable show, which we hope the boys will remember forever.
I am very proud of the commitment and dedication shown in this project by all pupils. The boys have worked with vigour being supported by a professional writer, specialist acting tutors and staff with technical expertise. As ever, West House boys have risen to the challenge!
