Extend the range of key words for description.
Objects can be sorted into groups.
Understand that people can be identified from key words.
Explore information from different sources.

Learning Objectives:  Pictograms are a means of representing data.
Use a computer to create a pictogram.
Research data and create a pictogram.
Learning Objectives:  Machines play an important part in our lives – machines need to be controlled.
Some machines need to be controlled by a series of instructions.
The order of instructions is important.
Instructions can be given using a common language.
You can predict a result (estimate) then test whether you are correct. Follow and give instructions.
