There are three terms in an academic year
 
Reductions in the Tuition Fees are given for siblings at West House School and Nursery: 5% for the second child and 10% for the third and subsequent child.
 
A non-refundable Registration fee of £65 per child is payable.
 
West House School claims the Nursery Education Grant on behalf of parents of all eligible children.

Teas (Years 3 to 6) are charged at the rate of £2.85 per day
After-School Care
(Reception to Year 2) charged at £5.00 per hour/part hour per day.

Swimming lessons at Birmingham University Pool (Years 3 to 6) - £45.00 per term
Private Music Lessons - The Music Teacher forwards accounts directly to parents
 
All Fee accounts are payable before the first day of term. However, a period of seven days’ grace is allowed to cover possible unavoidable delays in remitting fees. Thereafter a surcharge on outstanding accounts will be charged, without exception, at the rate of 2% per month or part of a month until fully paid.
 
Nursery vouchers can be used to pay nursery fees, after-school care and holiday club for children under the age of 8 years. A £17.00 fee is charged per term to cover administration costs.
 
Holmwoods Termtime Credit scheme is available for parents who wish to pay fees by monthly instalments. The current service charge is 2.75% of the total termly fee, including extras and arrears. Further details will be forwarded on request.
 
Under no circumstances will a pupil be allowed to return at the beginning of any term when fees for the previous term are not fully paid.
 
Parents wishing to withdraw a pupil for any reason must give ONE FULL TERM’S notice in writing to the Headmaster; otherwise a full term’s Tuition Fee is payable.
